Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return your original item, and once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
